Opening to Blissful Relationships

By now we have learned that relationships go more smoothely if we are present to our feelings, if we express our feelings, if we ask for what we need, if we maintain a connection with a higher truth, or spirituality while we are connecting with our beloved. The words presence, authenticity, emotional intelligence and emotional availability are very common in our conversations about relationships. But how do we consistently invite these qualities to express in our day to day relationship lives in the face of our conditioning and a panoply of stressors?

This talk will provide some practical tools to assist us in achieving grace-filled, blissful relationships.

Judy Walenta was one of the first Journey practitioners in North America. The Journey is a process developed by Brandon Bays to achieve the release of limiting cell memories through forgiveness. The process encourages us to honor our emotions and, rather than pushing them away, to recognize them as the gateway to our soul.

Judy Walenta is a nurse practitioner and certified Journey practitioner, currently living in Sebastopol, CA. She received her masters’ degree in nursing from New York University and her nurse practitioner training at Community General Hospital in Syracuse, NY. She has studied energy healing with Dolores Krieger and Barbara Brennan, among others. She has practiced the healing arts and conducted workshops as part of her nursing work and privately, for over 25 years. Her search for a way to support her clients diagnosed with cancer and HIV in discovering and releasing the emotional and spiritual issues at the core of their illness led her to The Journey. In 2001, she completed her certification training in England and Australia and became one of the first Journey practitioners in North America
